Our Mission
To help bring greater economic, social and environmental justice to
the current global coffee industry through giving Canadian
consumers the choice of coffee with a conscience.
Our Coffee
We seek to fulfill our mission through the sale of S.O.F.T. Certified
Coffee.
What is S.O.F.T. Certification? It is a combination of three different
types of certification:
S (Shade grown Certification called Bird Friendly)
O (Organic Certification through O.C.I.A)
FT (Fair Trade Certification through Transfair Canada)
S.O.F.T. or Shade grown, Organic, Fair Trade Coffee provides a
system of certification that covers the full range of consumer ethical
issues around the global coffee industry. Our shade grown
certification ensures the preservation of the environmental
biodiversity, organic certification protects against toxic chemical
use, and fair trade certification ensures that the farmers' are
protected from potential hardships and cruelty of the global

By buying S.O.F.T. Certified coffee you make a difference in the
lives of poor farmers and in the economic justification of sustainable
farming and trade practices. We make a difference globally by taking
